Cooling and heating unit cleaning
Cleaning and disinfection of air conditioners, heat pumps and cooling equipment — for output and for air quality.
The evaporator in an air conditioner or heat pump is warm and damp, which is exactly what mould and bacteria want. That is where the "air conditioner smell" in a room comes from.
We clean indoor and outdoor units, evaporators, condensers and condensate systems, then disinfect the surfaces with products approved for occupied spaces.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the smell from an air conditioner come from?
Usually mould and bacteria on the evaporator and in the condensate system. Cleaning with disinfection removes the cause rather than masking it.
How often should an air conditioner be cleaned?
Domestic units once a year before the season; commercial and heavily used units twice a year.
Does cleaning restore performance?
A fouled evaporator and condenser impair heat exchange. After cleaning the equipment reaches its design output and uses less energy.
